My dad gave me the hotel room lecture that I won’t go into.

Thursday: Waited at @hexed_Soul’s for our ride to AO. She was a little late and we were rushed to the Con. Met up with Mario the event’s head and a majority of the staff for events. Helped out with some pre-opening events. Then me and @hexed_soul met Mary our Guest Liaison and Krys and Ian went to the airport to pick up Stephanie Yanez and Johnny Yong Bosch. I stayed to help with events and to have someone here to help gather security so they could not be bothered by con goers while trying to get settled into the hotel. I found 3 of our security staff, met them outside the hotel and then went to the elevator that lead down the garage. Met Stephanie and her guest Polo(I know I spelled that wrong). We gathered all the luggage and then helped them with the check in and carrying upstairs to their room. Later I met back up with Johnny and Maurice by chance and helped them to Opening Ceremonies. Ian went with them to Hooters. Just finished up con things and from there went to bed.

Friday: We had our events meeting later and went to Moxie with Krys. Finally had our meeting. I helped out with Mary in the events/panels room and ended up talking with Johnny and Maurice more. I helped out with the autograph signing too. I helped get our event staff to where they needed to be. I helped find equipment for guests too. Maurice gave me his number and I met another staff worker that did registration. We ended up helping Johnny and Maurice carry their equipment over to Tom Graineys for a gig they set up there. I also was able to get Jeremy(con head guy) to talk to them about using the piano that was his. So we carried that too. We carried their things into the bar and helped them for a bit then we had to go, because we both under 21. :( I really wish I could have stayed. We found a quicker way back to the hotel and helped out with more event staff work until later that night. When I got the text from Maurice we left the hotel and walked over to the bar. We chatted with the Bar owner and I texted Maurice and they were packing up and we helped carry back the equipment to the hotel. Then Johnny and Maurice went back to the bar. Then I just worked with events the rest of the night. Oh I think this days was when I bought the lucky cat charm.

Saturday: I woke up and helped with autograph signing again. Found more of our event staff to help too with prep. Went over a portion of the day. My stalker (the registration guy, nice guy) found me and we hung out and I helped with events/panels and today was Johnny and Maurice’s concert. Johnny and Maurice met a guy that morning and we were able to get him in the con to see the show. I had a bad headache because Mario was not there and I was running the staff for a bit. Ian had Excedrin, I took one and grabbed some pokey and some water and went down to help with the swag table at the concert for Johnny and Maurice with my stalker. Then we had to move the tables, then move them again for the cosplay concert. Then the stage broke. When event staff was trying to fix it and we pushed too hard. We knocked down the middle support two-by-fours. Me, Minq, and Oscar had to figure out how to get under the stage and get the middle ones back up, because otherwise they would have had to take the whole stage apart just to put it back together. We were able to do it and we were able to finally re-screw the stage portions together. Then Jeremy taped it. Later that night Stephanie and Mari performed. After wards some of us went up to Johnny and Maurice’s room. The 21 and up had beer. We watched silly, hilarious, funny youtube videos. Maurice added a bunch of us. Somehow we ended up IMDB’ing Johnny and he said a portion on the top were totally wrong. I just can’t remember from when down were right. Then later we left I went back to my room, Johnny and Maurice went out drinking.

Sunday: I was at the autograph session and had to help Mary wake up Johnny and Maurice. They were probable running on like 2 to 3 hours of sleep considering they went out after midnight. Johnny and Maurice did more silly song and I got to play on Maurice’s drums for one. Helped them pack up and listened to Johnny’s short and last panel. Then helped them get their things out to the outside of the hotel and waited for the cars to get there. Then hugged them goodbye and they left for the airport. Then hung around til the beginning of opening ceremonies. Had my camera read and filmed some of the warm up for the hockey shoot out. Filmed the real shoot out too. Then had Ian help me bring my stuff home. Even with the car not wanting to start due to dead battery.
